Release Update
December 2017

With the holiday season upon us, Cashe is in a giving mood.  We are ready to deploy our latest release, which includes several important updates that impact all business lines that use Cashe.  The updates expand our mission to refine and streamline our billing processes, by further reducing your denials.

In addition, a significant expansion of our DTH platform includes new features and capabilities designed to better manage client case information in the Cashe platform.

We are excited to share these new additions with you, and look forward to continuing to build on this platform in the coming months.  As part of these updates, if you experience any errors or problems accessing Cashe, please contact our support team for assistance.

This release will be implemented the week of December 11th.  Here is a summary of updates included in this release…

New Features
  • Added a new dashboard option in the Client Dashboard, to identify changes in Eligibility status that have occurred.
  • Expanded AutoClaim to automate eligibility checking on a weekly basis.  Added a function in Cashe where Agencies can define which day(s) of the week eligibility should be run on.  This will allow for more frequent checking, and less time spent managing eligibility checking.
  • For DTH Platform customers - the Client Profile form has been enhanced dramatically.  Additional tabs of profile information (including Demographics, Financial, Transportation, Medication, IAPP and Goals/Outcomes) have been added and expanded.  Outcome entry and measurements have been added, allowing customers to enter, track, and measure client outcome progress.
  • Updated the Service Hours Read in process to eliminate the excel file export/import process.  Now, upon triggering a Service Hours Update, the unit usage data will get automatically applied to each service agreement directly, simplifying this process significantly.  This update is in anticipation of a real-time EVV verifications that will prevent the billing of services where units are not available.
  • Added capabilities and data tables for ICD-10-PCS codes into Cashe.  This allows for surgical procedure codes to be searched and saved on 485 forms and other clinical documents.
Bug Fixes
  • Corrected issue in the AutoClaim email process, where multiple repetitive emails were being sent while AutoClaim checked claim status.  This process has been updated to eliminate the duplicate emails, and to only notify users after claim status has been confirmed on all claims.
  • Updated the Fax List form to allow for users with a -5 security level or higher to access this form, instead of requiring -8 security levels.
